石油化工装置改造中管道设计分析

摘要 随着社会经济的发展,石油化工企业为了顺应市场需要,增加企业效益,需要扩大原有装置的生产规模,优化旧的工艺路线,实现老旧装置转型升级。同时为了顺应社会发展要求,实现绿色低碳发展,满足新的环保要求等,需要对原有生产装置进行节能减排改造。在装置改造设计过程中,管道设计工作经常遇到各种条件限制,给设计工作增加了不少困难。为了将设计工作做到最好,避免设计过程中方案翻车,同时提高设计效率,详细介绍了多种改造设计过程中遇到的问题,方便后续改造项目设计时进行借鉴。 With the development of the social economy,petrochemical enterprises need to expand the production scale of existing devices,optimize old process routes,and achieve the transformation and upgrading of old devices in order to meet market needs and increase enterprise efficiency.At the same time,in order to comply with the requirements of social development,achieve green and low-carbon development,and meet new environmental requirements,it is necessary to carry out energy-saving and emission reduction renovations on the existing production equipment.In the process of device renovation design,pipeline design often encounters various conditions and limitations,which adds many difficulties to the design work.In order to achieve the best design work,avoid scheme overturning during the design process,and improve design efficiency,the article provides a detailed introduction to various problems encountered in the renovation design process,which is convenient for reference in subsequent renovation project design.
