摘要
聚合釜放料程控阀作为聚丙烯生产装置中产品卸料系统的关键设备,要求该部件具有密封性能好、开关顺畅且时间短、动作频率高、稳定性好等特点。但由于聚合釜放料程控阀的介质工况较为严苛,热熔型介质具有高自聚性,介质气固双相、压差高,同时阀门动作开关频繁,极易导致球阀出现卡、冒、漏等问题。针对以上问题,有针对性地开展技术攻关,通过实际应用证明较好解决了潜在安全隐患问题和制约长周期运行的关键难点。
As a key equipment in the product unloading system of polypropylene production equipment,the programmable valve for the discharge of polymerization kettle requires that the component has good sealing performance,smooth opening and closing,short time,high action frequency,and good stability.However,due to the harsh medium conditions of the polymer kettle discharge program control valve,the hot melt medium has high self aggregation,gas solid two-phase medium,high pressure difference,and frequent valve action and opening,which easily leads to problems such as sticking,emitting,and leakage of the ball valve.Targeted technical research has been carried out to address the above issues,and practical applications have proven to effectively solve potential safety hazards and key difficulties that constrain long-term operation.
