茶粕提取工艺及其提取物表面活性性质研究

摘要 以饼状、片状茶粕为原料,初步筛选、优化茶粕提取工艺,测定各茶粕提取物的接触角及产率,筛选出产率最高、润湿性最优的茶粕提取物。研究方法:15 g饼状茶粕分别在700 mL纯水、50%乙醇、无水乙醇中进行24 h煮沸回流提取获得的提取物、15 g片状茶粕在700 mL纯水24 h煮沸回流提取获得的提取物,以及60 g片状、饼状茶粕在700 mL纯水24 h煮沸回流提取获得的提取物,以洗洁精为对照,纯水为空白,使用接触角测定仪测量出各茶粕提取物在纯水稀释10、100、1000、5000倍数的接触角。结果表明:以水提饼状、片状茶粕提取物获得产率最高。在纯水稀释10、100、1000、5000倍数下茶粕的润湿性比较得出:水提饼状茶粕提取物最优,饼状茶粕提取物比片状茶粕的好;在相同溶剂下提取小剂量饼状、片状茶粕提取物比大剂量的好。综上所述,水提饼状茶粕在液料比700∶15时获得提取物的润湿性最优及产率最高。 This article uses cake and flake tea meal as raw materials to preliminarily screen and optimize the extraction process of tea meal,measure the contact angle and yield calculation of each tea meal extract,and select the tea meal extract with the highest production rate and the best wettability.Research method:Extract obtained by boiling and refluxing 15 g of cake shaped tea meal in 700 mL of pure water,50%ethanol,and anhydrous ethanol for 24 hours,extract obtained by boiling and refluxing 15 g of plate shaped tea meal in 700 mL of pure water for 24 hours,and extract obtained by boiling and refluxing 60 g of plate shaped and cake shaped tea meal in 700 mL of pure water for 24 hours,with detergent as the control and pure water as the blank,Measure the contact angles of each tea meal extract diluted with pure water at 10,100,1000,and 5000 times using a contact angle tester.The results showed that the highest yield was obtained by extracting tea cake and flake extracts with water.Comparing the wettability of tea meal at dilutions of 10,100,1000,and 5000 times with pure water,it was found that the water extracted cake like tea meal extract was the best;Cake like tea meal extract is better than flake like tea meal;Extracting small doses of cake and flake tea meal extracts in the same solvent is better than extracting large doses.In summary,the water extracted cake like tea meal has the best wettability and highest yield when the liquid to material ratio is 700:15.
