摘要
主要研究危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)技术在危险化学品企业中的应用。对危险化学品生产工艺设计过程产生危害及可操作性问题可以进行数据结构化全面化分析,识别危险化学品企业工艺处理系统在正常工作操作环境条件下参数偏离所导致的不利影响后果,评估仪表系统在安全与操作性方面的满足程度,来预防或减小危害后果,以及进一步提高识别内部控制措施来预防或减小危害后果。
This article mainly studies the application of Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)technology in hazardous chemical enterprises.The hazards and operability issues in the design process of hazardous chemical production processes can be comprehensively analyzed through data structuring,identifying the adverse effects and consequences caused by parameter deviations in the process processing system of hazardous chemical enterprises under normal operating environment conditions;Evaluate the adequacy of the instrument system in terms of safety and operability to prevent or reduce hazardous consequences;And further improve the identification of internal control measures to prevent or reduce the consequences of hazards.
