基于虚拟仿真技术的混合式教学在心肺复苏教学中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨线上虚拟与线下模拟相结合的混合式教学模式在心肺复苏教学中的应用和效果。方法选取广东医科大学参加临床技能课程学习的196名学生为研究对象,按班级随机分为试验组和对照组,并从试验组随机抽取等量学生组成试验考核组。试验组采用线上虚拟与线下模拟相结合的混合式教学法,对照组采用常规教学法。教学结束后,组织试验考核组与对照组学生参加心肺复苏技能考核,对试验组全体学生进行教学满意度调查;从考核成绩和学生满意度两个维度评估教学效果。结果试验考核组的考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对于线上虚拟与线下模拟相结合的混合式教学法满意度较高。结论线上虚拟与线下模拟相结合的混合式教学法用于心肺复苏教学中,能够提高医学生心肺复苏操作水平,激发学生的学习兴趣,实现教学资源的有效整合。 Objective To explore the application and effect of the blended teaching mode com-bining online virtual and offline simulation in the practical teaching of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)teaching.Methods 196 undergraduates participated in the course of Clinical Skills from Guangdong Medical University were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group according to their class,with equal number of students chosen randomly as the experimental assessment group from the experimental group.Blended teaching method combining online virtual and offline simulation was adopted in the teaching of the experi-mental group,while conventional teaching method was given to the control group.After the teaching,CPR skills test was conducted to students in the experimental assessment group and the control group,and teaching satisfaction survey was given to all students in the experimental group.The teaching effect was evaluated from test scores and students'satisfaction degree.Results The experi-mental group obtains higher scores in the test than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.005).Students in the experimental group are highly satisfied with the blended teaching method combining online virtual and offline simulation.Conclusion Applying the blended teaching method combining online virtual and offline simulation in CPR teaching can improve students'skills in CPR operation,stimulates their learning interest and realize the effective integration of teaching resources.
