基于器官-系统整合背景下的诊断学教学新模式在八年制医学生中的应用探索

摘要 目的探讨基于器官-系统整合背景下的诊断学教学新模式在八年制医学生教学中的应用效果。方法纳入2022年春季学期于华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院学习诊断学的2020级临床医学八年制学生50人为试验组,采用诊断学新教学模式;同时纳入2022年春季学期学习诊断学的2018级临床医学八年制学生53人为对照组,采用传统教学模式。两组学生由相同医院、相同教师授课,比较两组学生的课后练习强度、理论测试成绩、实践技能考核成绩、视频成绩以及综合成绩。结果试验组学生的练习强度明显高于对照组。两组的基础理论成绩、实践技能成绩以及综合成绩无明显差异。试验组视频成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新教学模式下八年制学生学习主动性更强、效率更高,基础理论和实践技能的掌握扎实,且在实践技能操作方面表现出一定优势。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of the new teaching mode of Diagnostics based on organ-system integration for medical students in eight-year program.Methods 50 students of Grade 2020 in eight-year program who studied Diagnostics in the Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the spring semester of 2022 were selected as the experimental group and new teaching mode of Diagnostics was given to them,while at the same time,53 students of Grade 2018 in eight-year program who also studied Diagnostics in the spring semester of 2022 were chosen as the control group with traditional teaching mode adopted in their teaching.Students of the two groups were taught by the same teacher in the same hospital.After teaching,students'scores in practice intensity after class,theoretical test,practical skill assess-ment,video test as well as comprehensive test were compared.Results Students of the experimental group have higher practice intensity than the control group.There is no significant difference between the scores of basic theoretical test,practical skill test and the comprehensive test of the two groups.The video test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the new teaching mode,students in eight-year-program have better learning initiative,higher efficiency and lay solid foundation in basic theory and practical skills,and show certain advantages in practical skills operation.
