未成年人版权素养教育:驱动因素、国际进展与启示

摘要 未成年人版权素养教育具有重要的现实意义,本文基于文献调研和网络调研,从社会现实、国家战略、基础教育、图情行业发展四大角度,分析我国开展未成年人版权素养教育的驱动因素。立足于教育活动的四大要素,总结了未成年人版权素养教育的国际进展,包括面向不同阶段的教育内容精准化、各类型图书馆教育实践多样化、多元主体共建优质资源保障教育质量。我国应建立具有衔接性和丰富性的教育内容体系,打造受到社会认可的图书馆教育品牌,开展图情领域主导的本土化教学研究,组建具有传播力和影响力的教育资源开发队伍,以推动我国未成年人版权素养教育的发展。 Copyright literacy education for minors is of great practical significance.By applying literature research method and network research method this paper analyzes the driving factors of copyright literacy education for minors from four perspectives of social reality national strategy education career and the development of library career.Then based on four elements of educational activities this paper investigates global progress of copyright literacy education for minors including the precision of educational content for different stages of minors the diversification of various types of library service activities and the co-construction of high-quality resources by multiple subjects to ensure the quality of education activities.Finally to promote copyright literacy education for minors in Chinese context it may be necessary to establish education content system with cohesion and richness build a library education brand recognized by society carry out indigenized teaching research led by the field of library and information science and set up educational resources development team with communication power and influence.
