先进的马克主义政党不是天生的,而是在不断自我革命中淬炼而成。中国共产党通过以制度保障自我革命,实现党员行为模式转化,提升了党的领导水平和执政能力,巩固了党的执政地位。深入推进党的自我革命需要构建和完善党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的制度规范体系,同时坚持以人民至上为价值指向、以义务本位为内生动力、以问题导向回应实践要求、以抓住“关键少数”作为规范重心。

Advanced Marxist political parties are not born,but are tempered through continuous self-revolution.By institutionally guaranteeing self-revolution,the CPC has transformed the behavior patterns of its members,enhanced its leadership and governance ability,and consolidated its ruling position.To further promote the Party's self-revolution,it is necessary to build and improve the Party's institutional and normative system for self-purification,self-perfection,self-renovation and self-improvement.At the same time,the Party should adhere to the value orientation of the people's supremacy,the internal driving force of obligation,the problem-oriented response to practical requirements,and the focus of norms to seize the“key minority”.
