摘要
ChatGPT的“狂飙”出圈,掀起了新一轮人工智能技术热潮,也加速了新闻传播业智能化转型。文章主要探讨了ChatGPT对新闻传播业的影响,首先梳理ChatGPT在新闻生产、人机对话、舆情监测、信息检索等方面的应用,然后基于应用场景提出ChatGPT在新闻生产主体、虚假信息、隐私保护、数据集偏差等方面可能存在的风险挑战,最后从“个人”、“新闻传播机构”、“社会”三个层面,提出了应对策略。
ChatGPT’s“raging”out of the circle,not only sets off a new round of artificial intelligence technology boom,but also accelerates the intelligent transformation of the news communication industry.This paper mainly discusses the impact of ChatGPT on the news communication industry.Firstly,it reviews the application of ChatGPT in news production,human-computer dialogue,public opinion monitoring,information retrieval and other aspects.Then,based on the application scenarios,it proposes the possible risks and challenges of ChatGPT in the aspects of news production subjects,false information,privacy protection,data set deviation and so on.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of individual,news communication organization,society.
