师范生免试认定教师资格背景下教育研习改革探索 被引量:1

Exploration on the reform of project-based education under the background of teacher qualification exemption for normal university students

摘要 教育部在教育类研究生和公费师范生免试认定教师资格改革的基础上,继续在高校师范类专业中稳步推进免试认定教师资格改革,强化师范生培养院校的责任。在培养课程体系中的教育实践课程,尤其是“三习”中被忽视的教育研习,对师范生专业素养生成具有极其重要的作用。项目化教育研习是对传统教育研习的改革探索,其主要任务离不开师范品行养成、教育环境熟悉、教育改革了解以及专业发展规划等,而其实施原则包括守正创新、真实综合、问题导向、梯级递升和合作共生等,实施流程有学情研析、项目设计、项目实施、成果呈现、复盘反思和考核评价,实施的保障措施则有做好政策宣传、课程化制度化和多元评价机制等。 On the basis of the reform of the qualification of education graduate students and publicly funded normal students,the Ministry of Education continues to steadily promote the reform of examination-free teacher qualifications in college normal majors,and strengthens the responsibility of normal universities.The teaching practice courses in the training curriculum system,especially those project-based neglected in the“three exercises”,play an extremely important role in the professional literacy generation of normal students.Project-based education is a reform of the traditional one.Its main tasks are inseparable from the cultivation of normal conduct,familiarity with the educational environment,understanding of educational reform and professional development planning.Its implementation principles include integrity and innovation,real integration,problem orientation,cascade upgrading and cooperative symbiosis.Its implementation process includes academic analysis,project design,project implementation,achievement presentation,review and reflection and evaluation.The safeguard measures for its implementation include policy publicity,curriculum institutionalization and diversified evaluation mechanism.
