摘要
乡村振兴赋予乡村教育新的使命,建强乡村校长队伍尤为重要,建好乡村名校长工作室甚是紧迫。基于乡村名校长工作室面临的现实困境,既需要将工作室的孵化器、共同体、领航者三大功能定位统一到城乡教育一体化发展上来,实现三位一体;又需要在现代化、全员化、一体化、信息化、多元化上优化工作室的路径选择,实现五化协同。
Rural Revitalization gives rural education a new mission,which is particularly important and urgent to build a proficient team of headmasters in the rural areas,together with the“famous headmas-ter studio”construction.Based on the practical difficulties faced by the construction in rural areas,it is necessary to realize the trinity of the three functions of the studio as being incubator,community and navigator into the integrated development of urban and rural education.It also needs to optimize the selection of the studio in terms of modernization,full staff,integration,informatization and diversi-fication to realize the“five-modernization”coordination.
