新时代好青年担当精神的培育路径研究

On the Cultivation of Good Youth’s Sense of Responsibility in the New Era

担当精神是新时代好青年发展的必备素养,也是其实现自我价值与承担时代责任的重要品格。新时代新征程,党的二十大描绘了以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的壮丽愿景,这为广大青年的担当使命赋予了新内涵和新要求。新时代好青年担当精神蕴含着信念坚定、责任使命、锐意创新、真才实干的基本内涵,这对于培养当代中国青年的政治责任感和历史使命感具有重要意义。为此,新时代好青年担当精神的培育需要充分增强思想政治教育育人功能,打造家校社协同育人新生态,引导青年发挥主体优势,自觉养成对自身和社会负责任的担当精神。

Sense of responsibility is an essential quality for the good youth in the new era,as well as an important characteristic for them to realize their self value and fulfill their responsibilities.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China outlined a magnificent vision of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization,which has given new connotations and requirements of their mission to Chinese young people.Good youth’s sense of responsibility in the new era embodies the basic connotations of firm belief,responsibility and mission,innovation,and hard work,which is of great significance for cultivating contemporary Chinese young people’s sense of political responsibility and historical mission.To this end,its cultivation in the new era needs to fully enhance the function of ideological and political education,create a new ecology for home-school-community collaborative education,guide young people to give play to their main advantages,so as to consciously cultivate their sense of responsibility both for themselves and the society.
