将磷石膏应用于建筑材料是磷石膏资源化利用的一大有效途径,然而磷石膏中的磷、氟、有机物等有害杂质,会对建筑材料性能有较大的影响,从而制约了磷石膏作为建筑材料广泛应用。对磷石膏进行净化处理,消除磷石膏中的磷、氟、有机物等有害杂质,是磷石膏在建筑材料上应用的基础与关键。本文综述了几种磷石膏净化处理方法,并对浮选净化处理方法进行了详细阐述,旨在为磷石膏在建筑材料上的广泛应用提供基础支撑。

The application of phosphogypsum in building materials is an effective way of resource utilization of phosphogypsum.However,harmful impurities such as phosphorus,fluorine and organic matter in phosphogypsum will have a great impact on the property of building materials,thus restricting the wide application of phosphogypsum as building materials.The purification of phosphogypsum and the elimination of harmful impurities such as phosphorus,fluorine and organic matter in phosphogypsum are the basis and key to the application of phosphogypsum in building materials.Several purification methods of phosphogypsum were reviewed,and the washing and flotation purification methods were described in detail,in order to provide basic support for the extensive application of phosphogypsum in building materials.
