摘要 通过静态模拟实验,研究水葫芦对水中锰离子的吸收特性。含锰水的紫外-可见吸收光的特征波长为361.8 nm,以该波长范围的吸光度间接地计算出水中锰离子的溶度。随着培养液中锰离子溶度的增加,水葫芦中锰离子富集量先增加后减小,培养液中锰离子溶度为7 mg/L时,水葫芦中富集的锰离子浓度最高(0.533 mg/kg植物干重)。研究表明,利用水葫芦可以较好地吸收水中锰离子,但是水葫芦不能在较高的含锰水中生长,容易发生中毒就不能起到净化水质的目的。 The absorption characteristics of water hyacinth to manganese ions in water were studied by static simulation experiments.The characteristic wavelength of ultraviolet-visible absorption light of manganese-containing water was 361.8 nm,and the solubility of manganese ions in water was indirectly calculated by the absorbance in this wavelength range.With the increase of manganese ion solubility in the culture medium,the enrichment of manganese ions in water hyacinth increased first and then decreased.When the manganese ion solubility in the culture medium was 7 mg/L,the concentration of manganese ions enriched in water hyacinth was the highest(0.533 mg/kg plant dry weight).Studies showed that the use of water hyacinth can better absorb manganese ions in water,but water hyacinth cannot grow in higher manganese-containing water,prone to poisoning cannot play the purpose of purifying water quality.
