摘要
硅量子点作为一种新型的荧光纳米材料,具有强的蓝色荧光、良好的亲水性、低毒性和原料来源丰富等特点,可以广泛应用于离子检测、光催化和生物医学等热点研究领域。本文以甘油作修饰剂,用硼氢化钠还原硅酸,微波法快速合成经甘油中羟基修饰的硅量子点,并探究了不同温度和反应时间对硅量子点颜色、粒径、荧光性能的影响。在最佳反应条件下制备的硅量子点具有荧光性强,粒径分布均匀和良好的水溶性等优点。
As a new fluorescent nano material,silicon quantum dots have the characteristics of strong blue-green fluorescence,good hydrophilicity,low toxicity and rich source of raw materials.They can be widely used in hot research fields such as ion detection,photocatalysis and biomedicine.Silicon quantum dots modified by hydroxyl groups in glycerol were rapidly synthesized by microwave method with glycerol as modifier and sodium borohydride as reducing silicate.The effects of different temperature and reaction time on the color,particle size and fluorescence properties of silicon quantum dots were investigated.The silicon quantum dots prepared under the optimum reaction conditions had the advantages of strong fluorescence,uniform particle size distribution and good water solubility.
