有机小分子在聚多巴胺纳米瓶中的包载与释放研究

摘要 通过在聚苯乙烯微球(PS)表面涂覆聚多巴胺(PDA)涂层,制备了一种表面单开口聚多巴胺中空纳米瓶(PS@PDA)。扫描电镜和透射电镜结果表明,PS@PDA中空纳米瓶呈开口形貌,颗粒尺寸较为均匀。进一步研究了有机小分子(AY)在纳米瓶中的包载与释放行为。结果显示,在37℃下,PS@PDA纳米瓶在550 nm处出现明显的发射峰,且远高于室温下的发射峰强度,证实其具有良好的温控释放性能。本工作制备的PS@PDA开口纳米瓶制备工艺简单,为其在药物传递和催化等方面的应用提供了研究基础。 Polydopamine(PDA)coating was applied on the surface of polystyrene microspheres(PS)to prepare hollow polydopamine nanobottles with single surface opening(PS@PDA).The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that PS@PDA hollow nanobottles had an open morphology with uniform particle size.The trapping and release behavior of organic small molecules(AY)in nanobottles was further studied.The results showed that PS@PDA nanobottles had an obvious emission peak at 550 nm at 37℃,which was much higher than that at room temperature,confirming that it had good temperature-controlled release performance.The preparation process of PS@PDA open nanobottles was simple,which provided a research basis for its application in drug delivery and catalysis.
