基于FTO-PANI-Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3)的新型电化学传感器快速检测过氧化氢

摘要 当过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))超过一定量时,容易造成环境污染及生物体受损乃至致死。因此,简单、灵敏的H_(2)O_(2)检测方法的开发十分重要。本项目合成铂/三氧化二铁(Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3)),将其与聚苯胺(PANI)滴涂在FTO电极上,首次得到FTO-PANI-Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合电极,成功构建了一种检测H_(2)O_(2)的新型电化学传感器。在最佳优化实验条件下,实现了H_(2)O_(2)的定量检测,其线性范围为0.2~3.6 mg/mL,检出限为0.4 mM(S/N=3),最佳响应时间为3 min。同时,该传感器展现出良好的选择性和重现性,也能用实际样品的测定。 When Hydrogen peroxide H_(2)O_(2) exceeds a certain amount,it is easy to cause water,environmental pollution and damage to organisms and even death.Therefore,the development of a simple and sensitive hydrogen peroxide assay is of great significance.In this project,Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3) was synthesized,and polyaniline(PANI)and Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3) were drip-coated on conductive glass(FTO).The bimetal complex-modified polyaniline electrode(FTO-PANI-Pt/Fe_(2)O_(3))constructed was obtained for the first time.A novel electrochemical sensor for H_(2)O_(2) detection was successfully constructed.Under the optimal experimental conditions,hydrogen peroxide was quantitatively detected with a linear range of 0.2~3.6 mg/mL and a detection limit of 0.4 mM(S/N=3),the response time was 3 min.Moreover,the sensor exhibited good selectivity and reproducibility,as well as could be applied to actual samples.
