不同产地芦荟及其炮制品的质量研究

Study on Quality of Aloe and Its Processed Products from Different Places

摘要 对不同产地的芦荟及其炮制品的质量标准进行初步研究,提高其质量控制水平。对不同产地的芦荟及其炮制品进行定性鉴别、水分和总灰分的测定,并采用HPLC法对芦荟苷进行含量测定。结果表明,芦荟及其炒品TLC斑点清晰且分离度好。芦荟苷在0.2~1.2 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),芦荟苷平均回收率为98.61%,且RSD值小于3%。芦荟中水分含量为6.69%~9.57%,总灰分为0.88%~2.18%,芦荟苷含量在12.78%~34.43%;芦荟炒品中水分含量为1.60%~4.95%,总灰分为0.96%~8.59%,芦荟苷含量为8.94%~28.41%。HPLC法的含量测定法稳定可行,为提升和修订《贵州省中药饮片炮制规范》提供依据。 Preliminary research on the quality standards of aloe and its processed products from different origins was studied to improve its quality control level.The qualitative identification,moisture and total ash determination of aloe and its processed products from different origins were carried out,and the content of aloin was determined by HPLC.Results showed that TLC spots of aloe stir-fried products were clear and the separation degree was good.Aloin had a good linear relationship between 0.2~1.2 mg/mL(R=0.9995),the average recovery rate of Aloin was 98.61%,and RSD value was less than 3%.The moisture content in the aloe grinding product was 6.69%~9.57%,the total ash content was 0.88%~2.18%,and the aloin content was 12.78%~34.43%,The moisture content of aloe stir-fried products was 1.60%~4.95%,the total ash content was 0.96%~8.59%,and the aloin content was 8.94%~28.41%.The content determination method of HPLC method was stable and feasible,and a basis was provided for upgrading and revising the Guizhou Province Herbal Medicine Preparation Standards.
