摘要
图像识别自动真空赶酸仪利用热成像图对识赶酸终点进行判定;通过机器识别终点在很大程度上避免了实验员的主观影响,提升了实验员间的操作稳定性与平行性。此外,通过在真空模块后添加酸气处理模块在很大程度上减少酸气排放,减少实验员与试剂接触,改善了实验环境。通过对实际样品进行赶酸定容实验测试,赶酸仪不仅在效率上优于敞口赶酸系统,在终点识别准确度上也能满足赶酸要求,具有一定市场潜力。
The theory and application of automated image recognition vacuum acid removal device were described.The end point of the acid removal was determined by the thermal imaging image recognition.This helped to eliminate the difference caused by different operator due to the subjective influence.Hence,it helped to improve the operation stability and parallelism among different operators.In addition,by adding an acid gas treatment module after vacuum module,the toxic gas was greatly reduced which helped to improve the experimental environment and reduce the reagent contacts with operators.Through the test of the actual sample,the developed instrument can not only reach higher efficiency than open system in acid evaporation rate,but also meet the requirements of acid evacuation for accurate terminal identification.It had certain market potential.
