埋地管道牺牲阳极填包料配比的优化研究

摘要 以20#钢试片模拟埋地管道的破损点、以镁阳极填包料配比为研究对象,采用腐蚀失重法分析土壤中镁阳极在不同比例填包料的条件下对20#钢试片的保护效果,优选出镁牺牲阳极最佳填包料配比。结果表明,石膏粉15%、膨润土50%、硫酸钠15%、硫酸镁20%为本研究镁牺牲阳极填包料的最佳配比,该填包料配比的保护效果最好,其保护效率可达98.65%,较标准参照组的保护效率提高了5%。 The 20#steel sample was used to simulate the damage point of buried pipeline,and the component ratio of backfill material for magnesium sacrificial anode was taken as the research object.The weight loss method was used to analyze the protective effect of magnesium anode on the 20#steel sample in soil under different component ratio of backfill material,and the optimal component ratio of backfill material for magnesium sacrificial anode was optimized.The results showed that the ratio of gypsum powder 15%,bentonite 50%,sodium sulfate 15%,magnesium sulfate 20%was the optimal component ratio of backfill material for magnesium sacrificial anode in this study,which had the best protection effect,and the protection efficiency reached up to 98.65%,which was 5%higher than that of the component ratio of the standard reference group.
