岗课对接背景下教师双岗能力提升的研究与实践

摘要 职业教育作为类型教育、跨界教育,拥有一支“师德高尚、能讲会做、乐教善导、育训皆能”的教师队伍是关键。针对教师队伍在“教学与生产”双岗能力建设中存在的问题,以“教学做合一”理论为指导,提出“双真”教师发展理念,对双岗职业能力标准、培养平台、评价模式、体制机制等进行改革,形成具有职教特点、威职特色的“双真引领、途径创新、评价盘活”职业院校教师职业能力提升模式,建立较完善的职业院校教师培养系列改革方案。 As a type of education and cross-border education,it's the key for vocational education having a team of teachers who are virtuous,able to speak and do,happy to teach,good at guidance,and capable of education and training.In view of the problems existing in the dual-post capacity construction of"teaching and production",and under the guidance of the theory of"integration of teaching,learning and doing",the concept of"double-truth"for teachers'development is put forward,and the standard,training platform,evaluation model,system and mechanism of the professional ability of teachers in vocational colleges is reformed.This forms a professional ability promotion model of teachers in vocational colleges with the characteristics of vocational education and the prestige of Weihai Vocational College,and thus establish a relatively perfect series of reform programs for teacher training in vocational colleges.
