摘要 煤化工含盐废水处理管线结垢是煤化工企业普遍存在的问题,不仅造成了大量的水资源浪费,还影响了装置的正常运行。针对某煤化工企业含盐废水处理管线结垢严重,且无法通过更换药剂解决的问题,文章通过对该企业含盐废水处理管线结垢过程进行分析,发现该管线结垢主要是由于水中硫酸钙和硫酸镁结垢形成的CaSO_(4)和MgSO_(4),提出了含盐废水处理管线结垢机理,并通过分析结垢量与碳酸钙含量之间的关系得出以下结论:在一定范围内,石膏结晶是导致含盐废水处理管线结垢的主要原因;当结晶产生时,由于碳酸根离子的存在,会加速晶体长大;当晶体长大到一定程度时会导致碳酸钙结晶沉积。 Scaling of coal chemical salt wastewater treatment pipeline is a common problem in coal chemical enterprises,which not only causes a lot of water waste,but also affects the normal operation of the plant.In view of the problem that the saline wastewater treatment pipeline of a coal chemical enterprise is seriously serious and cannot be solved by replacing the agent,this paper analyzes the scaling process of the saline wastewater treatment pipeline of the enterprise,and it is found that the scaling of the pipeline is mainly due to the CaSO_(4) and MgSO_(4) of calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate in water.The scaling mechanism of saline wastewater treatment pipeline is proposed,and the following conclusion is drawn from the analysis between the scaling amount and calcium carbonate content:within a certain range,gypsum crystallization is the main cause of scaling of saline wastewater treatment pipeline when the crystal grows to a certain extent.
