聚丙烯装置安全生产管理的措施与办法

Measures and Methods for Safety Production Management of Polypropylene Plant

近年来,随着大化工的快速发展,安全事故频见报道,社会上对化工装置存在着某种意义上的偏见,谈“化”色变,甚至有妖魔化倾向,致使化工从业人员,特别是企业主要负责人深感压力巨大。虽然作为从业人员,确实需要对安全生产怀有敬畏之心,但应该科学、健康地应对企业的安全生产工作。基于此,文章梳理多年对聚丙烯装置的安全生产工作的思考,针对装置的安全生产管理,提出一些相应的措施和办法。

In recent years,with the rapid development of large-scale chemical industry,safety accidents have been frequently reported,and there is a certain sense of prejudice in society towards chemical equipment.The talk of“transformation”has changed color,and there is even a tendency to demonize,causing great pressure on chemical industry practitioners,especially the main leaders of enterprises.Although as practitioners,we do need to have a reverence for safety production,we should respond scientif ically and healthily to the safety production work of enterprises.Based on this,the author has reviewed years of thinking on the safety production work of polypropylene plants,and proposed some relevant measures and methods for the safety production management of the plants.
