降低平台火灾手动报警站误报率的措施

摘要 石油钻井平台的火灾手动报警站工作于室外,由于现场安装安全规范要求,可能会使手动报警站使用位置处于受风雨冲刷影响较大区域,容易受到潮湿进水的影响而使内部元件短路误报警造成生产系统发生误关断现象。为此,文章从某石油钻井平台手动报警站的具体应用入手,全面分析了手动报警站产生误报的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,降低了平台手动站的误报率,减少了生产系统因误报的关停频率,较好的稳定了企业安全生产。 The manual fire alarm station of the platform works outdoors.Due to the requirements of on-site installation safety regulations,the use position of the manual alarm station may be in the area which is greatly affected by wind and rain,and it is easy to be affected by wet water,which will short-circuit the internal components and cause false alarm,resulting in false shutdown of the production system.Therefore,this paper starts with the specific application of manual alarm station,comprehensively analyzes the causes of false positives produced by manual alarm station,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures to reduce the false positives rate of manual station on the platform,reduce the shutdown frequency of production system due to false positives,and better stabilize the safety production of enterprises.
