智慧消防在石化企业消防监管中的应用途径

Application of Intelligent Fire Protection in the Fire Supervision of Petrochemical Enterprises

消防监管作为石油化工企业安全生产管理工作的重要组成部分,深受社会各界的广泛关注,在社会消防安全建构方面更是扮演着重要角色。“智慧消防”是目前中国提出的消防事业发展新理念,通过运用互联网络、数字技术,构建新的消防监督管理业务体系。“智慧消防”融入到石油化工企业消防监管管理工作中,能够有效增强石化企业消防监管管理能力,降低石化企业发生消防安全事故的可能性,及时发现潜在的消防安全隐患,并采取积极有效的防控措施,确保消防监督检查业务的顺利推进。基于此,文章简要分析了石化企业火灾事故的主要特点,探究了智慧消防的基本内涵及包含的关键技术,提出了智慧消防在石油化工企业消防监管中的应用路径。

As an important part of safety production management in petrochemical enterprises,fire supervision is widely concerned by all sectors of society,and plays an important role in the construction of social fire safety.“Smart fire protection”is a new concept for the development of fire protection in China.Through the use of Internet and digital technology,a new fire supervision and management business system is built.The integration of“smart fire”into the fire supervision and management work of petrochemical enterprises can effectively enhance the fire supervision and management ability of petrochemical enterprises,reduce the possibility of fire safety accidents in petrochemical enterprises,timely discover potential fire safety hazards,and take active and effective prevention and control measures to ensure the smooth progress of fire supervision and inspection business.Based on this,the paper briefly analyzes the main characteristics of fire accidents in petrochemical enterprises,explores the basic connotation and key technologies of intelligent fire protection,and puts forward several application paths of intelligent fire protection in the fire control supervision of petrochemical enterprises.
