摘要
丙烷脱氢制丙烯技术是以异丁烷脱氢制丙烯的技术发展而来,已经有20多年的工业生产经验,但是长期以来,丙烷原材料价格高,丙烯产品价格低廉,且设备的建设成本高,使得丙烷的实际使用受限。基于此,文章从丙烷脱氢丙烯分离技术流程进行分析,从设备和流程两个方面入手,分析具体的系统优化设计问题。
Propane dehydrogenation to propylene technology is developed by the technology of isobutane dehydrogenation to propylene,has more than 20 years of industrial production experience,but for a long time,the price of propane raw materials is high,the price of propylene products is low,and the construction cost of equipment is high,which makes the practical use of propane limited.Based on this,this paper analyzes the technical process of propane dehydrogenation propylene separation,starting from two aspects of equipment and process,and analyzes the specif ic system optimization design.
