Safety Control During Overhaul of Crude Benzene Storage Tank

文章对粗苯储罐现状进行了介绍,对储罐检修过程中存在的危险因素进行了辨识。通过对储罐内残留的苯液及残渣先后采用置换、蒸煮、吹扫、高压水射流切割等方式,实现了粗苯储罐检修的安全控制,检修储罐的同时回收了残渣内的粗苯,保证残渣的处理符合环保的要求。

This paper introduces the present situation of crude benzol storage tank,and identifies the dangerous factors existing in the process of storage tank overhaul.The safety control of crude benzene storage tank maintenance is realized by means of replacement,cooking,purging and high-pressure water jet cutting for the remaining benzene liquid and residue in the storage tank,at the same time,the crude benzene in the residue is recovered to ensure that the treatment of the residue meets the requirements of environmental protection.
