过程安全管理在火工品生产中的实践

Practical of Process Safety Management in the Production of Pyrotechnics

伴随着固体火箭发动机科研生产任务量的持续走高,火工品生产中的过程安全问题日益突出。然而,固体火箭发动机装药生产过程复杂,导致安全生产与安全管理的风险较高,针对火工品生产的安全管理经验还需进一步深究。文章在借鉴过程安全管理方法的基础上,分析了火工品生产过程中的安全管理要素,针对安全管理要素进行了全面的风险分析,建立了切实有效的安全管理体系,强化工艺过程的安全性,将安全管理工作落实的更为标准化与规范化,从而做到零事故安全生产。

With the continuous increase of the scientific research and production tasks of solid rocket motors,the process safety problems in the production of pyrotechnics have become increasingly prominent.However,the production process of solid rocket motor charge is complex,which leads to high risks of safety production and safety management,an the safety management experience for the production of inflammatory products needs further study.Based on the process safety management method,this paper analyzes the safety management elements in the production process of pyrotechnics,conducts a comprehensive risk analysis for the safety management elements,establishes a practical and effective safety management system,and strengthens the safety of the process.The implementation of safety management work is more standardized and standardized,so as to achieve zero accident safety production.
