耐高温弹性水泥石研究

摘要 针对稠油油藏埋藏浅且地层的破裂压力较低的特点,选用橡胶粉、胶乳、聚醚醚酮为增韧剂设计出一套水泥浆配方体系。通过80℃养护后的水泥石力学测试表明,随着增韧剂加量增加,水泥石弹性模量明显下降,特别是聚醚酮酮加量为4%时,水泥石抗压强度为17.69 MPa,而弹性模量值只有3.5 GPa。在经过300℃的超高温养护后,较80℃相比,橡胶粉水泥石与胶乳水泥石的弹性模量的值变化很大,几乎已失去增韧效果。而聚醚酮酮水泥石的高温弹性模量值为3.9 GPa,与80℃养护的水泥石的弹性模量相比只增加了10.26%,这充分表明了聚醚醚酮优秀的耐高温增弹性能,满足固井作业的基本需求。 In view of the characteristics of shallow burial of heavy oil reservoirs and low formation fracture pressure,a set of cement slurry formulation system was designed using rubber powder,latex and PEEK as toughening agents.The mechanical test of cement stone cured at 80℃shows that the elastic modulus of cement stone decreases significantly with the increase of the addition of toughener,especially when the addition of PEEK is 4%,the compressive strength of cement stone is 17.69 MPa,while the elastic modulus value is only 3.5 GPa.After 300℃ultra-high temperature curing,compared with 80℃,the elastic modulus of rubber powder cement stone and latex cement stone have changed greatly,and the toughening effect has almost lost.The high temperature elastic modulus of PEEK cement stone is 3.9 GPa,which is only 10.26%higher than that of cement stone cured at 80℃.This fully shows that PEEK has excellent high temperature resistance and elasticity increasing performance,which meets the basic requirements of cementing operation.
