摘要
某型动力系统供电铅酸蓄电池组,在其设备及系统大修后,冷却系统复装完成加注蒸馏水进行水冷循环过程中出现了蓄电池组绝缘低(低于0.1 MΩ)情况,不满足正常的供电使用。此种蓄电池组绝缘降低问题多为水路造成。本次通过反复的蒸馏水净化、循环试验及管路系统存水理化检验、夹布胶管存水电阻率检测等手段,对故障原因进行了分析、定位,确定了蓄电池组水冷循环后产生“绝缘低”问题的根本原因,采取有效措施解决了该问题,为后续同类故障的排除提供了参考依据。
A type of power system supply lead-acid battery,after its equipment and system overhaul,the cooling system is reinstalled after adding distilled water for water cooling cycle process,the battery insulation is low,does not meet the normal use of power supply。This kind of battery insulation reduction problem is caused by water。This time through repeated distilled water purification,circulation test and pipeline system water storage physical and chemical inspection,hose water storage resistivity detection and other means,the fault causes were analyzed,positioning,determine the root cause of low insulation problem after the battery water cooling cycle,take effective measures to solve the problem,for the follow-up simiar troubleshooting provides a reference basis.
