摘要
为了降低航运公司的船舶能耗,达到节能减排,并为同船型船舶的节能改造提供方案的目的。本文通过船舶降速节能技术在20500DWT散货船上的应用,阐述了船舶降速的节能理论和船舶减速降功率航行研究现状,以及船舶经济航速的分类;基于船舶主机功率、航速与油耗关系的分析,选定实船主机在匹配了轴带发电机后的经济转速;通过统计实船节能技术综合应用前后各5个航次的船舶能耗数据,经计算与分析,船舶平均能效营运指数(EEOI)下降16.94%,结果表明船舶降速等节能技术在20500DWT散货船上综合应用后,有效地降低了船舶能效营运指数,节能效果显著。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of ships,achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,and provide solutions for energy-saving transformation of ships of the same type.This article elaborates on the energy-saving theory of ship speed reduction and the current research status of ship speed reduction and power reduction navigation,as well as the classification of economic ship speeds,through the application of ship speed reduction and energy-saving technology on 20500DWT bulk carriers;Based on the analysis of the relationship between the power,speed,and fuel consumption of the ship's main engine,the economic speed of the actual ship's main engine after matching with a shaft generator is selected;Through statistical analysis of ship energy consumption data for 5 voyages before and after the comprehensive application of energy-saving technologies on real ships,the average EEOI of ships decreased by 16.94%.The results showed that the comprehensive application of energy-saving technologies such as ship speed reduction on 20500DWT bulk carriers effectively reduced the ship's EEOI,and the energy-saving effect was significant.
