地方高校卓越师范生培养的实践探索 ——以绍兴文理学院为例

Practical Exploration of Outstanding Normal Student Cultivation in Local Universities:Taking Shaoxing University as an Example

当前地方高校师范生培养在教育理念、培养方式、培养特色等方面存在一些不足,亟须改革创新。绍兴文理学院坚持以养成教育引领、地域文化浸润、名师协同共育为特色,着力构建师德培养长效机制,“三层三类”教师教育课程体系,理实结合多样化教学方式,以点带面推广卓越师范生培养模式,具有一定的借鉴意义。

At present,there are some weaknesses in the education concept,training methods,and training characteristics of normal students in local universities,hence an urgent need for reform and innovation.Adhering to the features of morality-formation education guidance,regional culture infiltration,and well-known teachers’cooperation and co-education,Shaoxing University strives to build a long-term mechanism of teacher’s professional ethics cultivation,a“three-tier and three-class”teacher education curriculum system,and diversified teaching methods combining theory with practice,with a view to promoting the training mode of outstanding normal university students by fanning out from point to area,which has certain reference.
