知识传授与价值引领融合:《薪酬管理》课程教学创新

摘要 薪酬管理是企业吸引人才和留住人才的重要手段,《薪酬管理》作为人力资源管理专业的一门专业核心课,对知识体系构建和价值引领举足轻重。将知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造的“三位一体”的课程思政思想融入《薪酬管理》课程教学中,深度挖掘与专业知识点融合关联的思政元素,从三个方面提出课程思政教学创新思路,即“课程教学目标创新:价值引领的强化”“课程教学内容创新:思政元素的挖掘”“课程教学运行创新:路径方法与评价”。 Salary Management,a core compulsory course for human resource management major,is an indispensable means for enterprises to attract and retain talents.It plays an important role in the construction of knowledge system and value guidance.Taking the course as the research object,and integrating the three-dimensional teaching objectives of“knowledge imparting,ability cultivation and value-leading”,the paper digs deeply the ideological and political elements integrated with the professional knowledge points,and finally puts forward the related innovative thinking of ideological and political teaching from the following three aspects:the innovation of course teaching objectives intensified by value guidance,the innovation of course teaching content by digging ideological and political elements,and the innovation of course teaching operation with proper methods and evaluation.
