With the fast speed of China's industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,the market demand for skilled personnel is growing.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to students'practical ability and their diversified development in higher vocational education.This paper deeply analyzes the pain points in our higher vocational education,and explores newmodels fromthe aspects of setting up an orderly communicationmechanismto stimulate students'internalmotivation,building a cooperative education systemto promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improving the scientific evaluation systemto promote sustainable development.Higher VocationalCollege teachers should also constantly improve their teaching concepts and enhance their practical ability.
