摘要
基于敏捷理念提出的敏捷教学模式改变了传统课堂教学方式,将原有的教学大纲根据敏捷理念拆分成若干个阶段,同时与线上线下混合式教学模式结合起来,实现了多种教学资源优势互补。通过优化资源配置和建立全新的评价考核体系,实现了学生对阶段性知识的快速掌握和教师对下一阶段教学内容的及时有效调整。这一模式着眼于学生的个性化发展,调动了学生的学习积极性,既契合了学生的学习规律,又满足了用人单位对合格毕业生的要求,同时也为高等教育创新人才培养模式开辟了新思路。
Based on the agile concept,the agile teaching mode has changed the traditional teaching methods.In this mode,the original teaching syllabus is divided into several stages,and OMO blended teaching mode is combined to make full use of various teaching resources.By optimizing resource allocation and establishing a new evaluation system,students can quickly grasp phased knowledge and teachers can make timely and effective adjustments to teaching contentofthe next stage.This mode focuses on students’individualized development,arouses their learningenthusiasm,conforms to learning rules,meets the requirements of employers for qualified graduates,and also opens up a new wayof talent training in higher education.
