摘要
基于TAM模型,构建了应用型本科教师信息化教学意向模型,并通过结构方程对假设模型加以实证。结果表明:社会影响、兼容性、自我效能、感知有用性和感知易用性显著影响应用型本科教师信息化教学意向,感知易用性和感知有用性对外部变量起着部分中介作用。最后,提出了增强应用型本科教师信息化教学意向的相关建议。
It has become a trend to promote teaching reform with information technology.To explore the influencing factors of ICT teaching intention of faculty in application-oriented universities,this paper constructs a theoretical model based on TAM and conductspractical research by applying structural equation modeling.The results show that teachers’ICT teaching intention is significantly affected by socialinfluence,compatibility,teacher'sself-efficacy,usefulness perception of technology and ease of use perception,among which teachers’usefulness perception and ease of use perception partially mediate external variables.Finally,this paper proposes some suggestions to improve teachers’ICT teaching intention in application-oriented universities.
