自2019年以来,中国轿车市场产销同比下滑明显的情况下,中国的商用车却逆势上扬,保持了高速增长。由于车辆行驶路况复杂,操纵简便的AMT自动变速箱自然成为了商用车的首选。为了能更好的了解其工作原理,培养该领域的汽车行业技能人才,本文以某款重型商用车12速AMT变速箱为例,通过了解其结构及装配关系,分析其换挡时动力传递情况来获得具体的传递路线,为商用车领域后市场从业人员处理相关故障时提供借鉴。

Since 2019,the production and sales of Chinese car market have declined significantly compared with the same period last year,but our commercial vehicles have bucked the trend and maintained a high growth rate.Due to the complex road conditions of vehicles,AMT automatic transmission is the first choice of commercial vehicles.In order to better understand its working principle and cultivate skilled talents in the automotive industry,this paper takes a 12-speed AMT transmission of a heavy commercial vehicle as an example,and obtains specific transmission routes by understanding its structure and assembly relationship and analyzing its power transmission during gear shift,which provides references for post-market practitioners in the field of commercial vehicles to deal with related faults.
