摘要
近年来随着通航产业规划起步,配套产业建设及关键部件开发也是蓄势待发。通航发动机作为通航飞行器的核心部件,也开始自主研发。从技术掌握程度、经济型角度看通航活塞式发动机占主流地位。通航活塞式发动机研发扭矩监控是重要工作之一。通航活塞式发动机结构有别于传统活塞式发动机,所以需要从结构、运行特性、精度要求等角度考虑,研制一种专用的扭矩检测装置。本文介绍了这种专用扭矩检测装置需要满足的性能要求、结构组成、运行原理及制作应用过程。
In recent years,with the start of the general aviation industry planning,the construction of supporting industries and the development of key components are also ready for development.Navigable engine,as the core component of navigable aircraft,also began to develop independently.From the point of view of technical mastery and economy,the navigable piston engine occupies the mainstream position.Torque monitoring is one of the important tasks in the development of general piston engine.The structure of the navigable piston engine is different from that of the traditional piston engine,so it is necessary to develop a special torque measuring device from the aspects of structure,running characteristics and precision requirements.This paper introduces the performance requirements,structure composition,operation principle and application process of this special torque measuring device.
