摘要
为高效、高质量完成油田地面工程数字化交付工作,可结合Primavera P6软件(以下简称P6)应用技术与数字化交付技术进行系统化应用,以提高数字化交付工作范围、交付计划的管控水平。具体实施时需在项目策划阶段根据明确的交付物清单,按工程对象的层级划分和数据交付要求创建P6资源库数据,综合考虑设计、采购、施工WBS划分结构和项目实体建设的进度计划,在P6软件中进行项目立项并创建数字化交付WBS结构及进度计划,并分配资源项。项目实施阶段根据项目进展更新、反馈P6项目计划数据和偏差情况,配合项目进度、质量控制措施对相关管理过程进行调整以保障数字化交付进度和范围符合项目目标要求。通过P6软件应用技术与数字化交付技术的系统化应用,以及不同岗位、不同客户端之间的协同工作,可较好地解决非结构化数据交付范围难以控制及伴随式数字化交付实施进度管理缺少现代化实用管理工具等问题,有效提升了数字化交付进度信息的沟通、反馈效率,保障了项目进度、质量目标顺利完成。同时,P6数字化交付非结构化数据资源库在做好数据版本管理后可重复使用,为其他同类项目服务,提升企业数字化交付管理能力。
In order to complete the digital delivery of oilfield surface engineering efficiently,Primav-era P6 software application technology and digital delivery technology can be systematically applied to improve the control level of digital delivery range and plan.It is necessary to create P6 resource library data based on a clear list of deliverables in the project planning stage,according to the hierarchical divi-sion of engineering objects and data delivery requirements,comprehensively consider the WBS division structure for design,procurement,and construction,as well as the progress plan for project entity construction,carry out project approval in P6 software and create digital delivery WBS structure and progress schedule,and allocate resource items.In the project implementation stage,it is necessary to update and feedback P6 project plan data and deviations according to the project progress,and adjust the relevant management processes with the project schedule and quality control measures to ensure that the digital delivery schedule and scope meet the project objectives.Through the systematic application of P6 software application technology and digital delivery technology,and the collaborative work between different positions and different clients,problems such as difficulty in controlling the range of unstruc-tured data delivery,and the lack of modern practical management tools for accompanying digital deliv-ery implementation progress management can be effectively solved,which effectively improve the com-munication and feedback efficiency of digital delivery progress information,and ensure the smooth real-ization of project progress and quality goals.At the same time,the P6 digital delivery unstructured data resource library can be reused after data version management to serve other similar projects and improve the digital delivery management capabilities of enterprises.
