摘要
自2023年1月1日起,GB 39728—2020《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》开始实施,对挥发性有机物排放实行新的控制要求。为适应新业态,大庆油田天然气分公司通过研究应用压缩机密封气回收技术、容器放空回收技术,对闪蒸罐、压力排污罐放空回收工艺进行改造。改变装置泄压方式、优化装置运行参数可有效杜绝或降低放空,达到国家排放标准要求。这些技术措施均在实践中取得了良好的效果,为同行业油气初加工企业技术改造提供借鉴。
GB 39728-2020"Air Pollutant Emission Standards for Onshore Oil and gas Exploitation Industry"has been implemented since January 1,2023,and new control requirements for volatile or-ganic compounds emissions are implemented.In order to adapt to the new business type,Daqing Oil-field Natural Gas Company has studied and applied the compressor sealing gas recovery technology,container venting recovery technology,and reformed the venting recovery process of flash tank and pressure blowdown tank.The pressure relief mode of the device is changed,the operating parameters of the device are optimized,so as to effectively eliminate or reduce venting,and meet the national stan-dard emission requirements.These technical measures have achieved good results in practice,and pro-vide a good reference for the technical transformation practice of oil and gas primary processing enter-prises in the same industry.
