吉林省农村金融发展现状及问题研究

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Rural Financial Development in Jilin Province

近年来,国家十分重视农业和农村经济的发展,陆续颁布了有关政策深化农村改革。吉林省的农村金融市场是在农村金融制度不断改革的基础上发展并完善起来的。作为全国第一批新型农村金融改革试点地区,吉林省的新型农村金融逐渐成为服务“三农”和小微企业的一支新生力量。但是,吉林省金融体系中最脆弱的环节仍旧是农村金融。吉林省农村金融在资金供给能力、服务能力、农村信用环境、农村金融机构监管、农村金融效率、农业保险方面仍存在诸多问题。应深入分析这些问题并提出相应对策,以推动农村金融稳健发展。

In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of agriculture and rural economy,and has successively promulgated relevant policies to deepen rural reform.The rural financial market in Jilin Province has developed and improved on the basis of continuous reform of the rural financial system.As the first batch of pilot areas for the reform of new rural finance in China,Jilin Province's new rural finance has gradually become a new force serving“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and small and micro enterprises.However,the most vulnerable link in the financial system of Jilin Province is still rural finance.There are still many problems in rural finance in Jilin Province in terms of fund supply capacity,service capacity,rural credit environment,supervision of rural financial institutions,rural financial efficiency,and rural insurance.These issues and propose corresponding countermeasures should be deeply analyzed to promote the stable development of rural finance.
