乡村振兴视域下黄河流域传统村落文化价值及其创造性转化

Traditional Village Cultural Value and Creative Transformation in the Yellow River Basin from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴,文化是魂。黄河文化是中华民族的血脉之根,黄河流域传统村落文化是黄河文化的重要载体,其文化价值的体认与创造性转化,不仅是该流域实现乡村振兴的精神支撑,而且对于该流域生态保护和经济社会高质量发展意义重大。为此,应深刻挖掘黄河流域传统村落文化的精髓,在保护村落文化的同时,探寻传承发展村落文化的路径。要加强制度化建设,建立“活化”分层体系;以创意元素“活化”传统村落文化,培育新型文化业态;以村民为主体,提升村民参与村落文化价值体认与创造性转化的积极性,以实现黄河流域传统村落的振兴。

Culture is the soul of the rural revitalization.The Yellow River culture is the lifeblood of the Chinese nation,and the traditional village culture in the Yellow River Basin is an important carrier of the Yellow River culture.The recognition and creative transformation of its cultural value is not only the spiritual support for the realization of rural revitalization in the Yellow River Basin,but also is of great significance for the ecological protection and high-quality economic and social development.Therefore,proposals and suggestions are made as follows:to deeply explore the essence of the traditional village culture in the Yellow River Basin;to explore the path of inheriting and promoting the village culture while protecting it;to strengthen the institutional construction and establish an activated stratified system;to activate the traditional village culture with creative elements and cultivate new cultural formats;with villagers as the main body,to enhance the villagers’enthusiasm for participating the recognition and creative transformation of the village cultural values in order to achieve the revitalization of the traditional villages in the Yellow River Basin.
