益气温阳固精汤对原发性肾病综合征REN、AngⅡ、ALD水平及疗效的影响

Effect of Yiqi Wenyang Gujing Decoction on REN,AngⅡ,ALD levels and therapeutic effect of primary nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨益气温阳固精汤对原发性肾病综合征(Primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS)肾素(Renin,REN)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体(AngiotensinⅡreceptor,AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALD)水平及疗效的影响。方法100例PNS患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组;对照组给予西医常规方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用益气温阳固精汤治疗。比较两组的中医症候积分变化、治疗有效率、肾功能相关指标[血肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Urinary protein,24 h Upro)]、REN、AngⅡ、ALD及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组中医症候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的Scr、BUN、24 h Upro、REN、AngⅡ、ALD水平均下降,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在PNS患者的治疗中应用益气温阳固精汤更利于改善症状,提高治疗效果,降低REN、AngⅡ、ALD水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Wengyang Gujing Decoction on the levels and efficacy of renin(REN),angiotensinⅡreceptor,angiotensinⅡreceptor(AngⅡ)and aldosterone(ALD)in primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods 100 PNS patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,which were named control group and study group respectively.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with Yiqi Wengyang Gujing decoction.The changes of traditional Chinesemedicine(TCM)symptom score,treatment effective rate,renal function related indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary protein(24 h Upro)],REN,AngⅡ,ALD levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the both groups weredecreased compared to before the treatment(P<0.05),and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,24-hour Upro,REN,AngⅡ,and ALD in both groups weredecreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiqi Wenyang Gujing Decoction in the treatment of PNS patient is more beneficial to improve the symptoms,therapeutic effect,the level of REN,AngⅡand ALD.
