单侧及双侧卵巢切除对大鼠脂肪组织及子宫质量的影响

Effects of unilateral and bilateral ovariectomy on adipose tissue and uterine weight in rats

目的观察单侧及双侧卵巢切除对大鼠脂肪组织及子宫质量的影响。方法SD大鼠10~11周龄时,按照切除的卵巢数量分为3组:假手术组(sham operation,Sham)(n=5),单侧卵巢切除组(unilateral ovariectomy,U-OVX)(n=5),双侧卵巢切除组(bilateral ovariectomy,B-OVX)(n=6)。术后1年处死,比较组间肩胛间棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)、腹股沟皮下脂肪组织(subcutaneous adipose tissue,SAT)、腹腔内脏脂肪组织(intra-abdominal adipose tissue,IAAT)及子宫质量差异。结果B-OVX组大鼠SAT和IAAT质量较Sham组增加。Sham组和U-OVX组的SAT、IAAT质量差异无统计学意义。三组间BAT质量差异无统计学意义。B-OVX组子宫质量小于Sham组和U-OVX组,U-OVX组子宫质量和Sham组相比差异无统计学意义。结论双侧卵巢切除后大鼠皮下脂肪和腹腔内脏脂肪增多,单侧卵巢切除不影响大鼠皮下脂肪和腹腔内脏脂肪质量。双侧卵巢及单侧卵巢切除均不影响棕色脂肪的质量。单侧卵巢切除并不会导致子宫萎缩。

Objective To explore the effects of unilateral and bilateral ovariectomy on the weight of adipose tissue and uterus in rats.Methods SD rats aged 10-11 weeks were divided into three groups:sham operation(Sham,n=5),unilateral ovariectomy(U-OVX,n=5)and bilateral ovariectomy(B-OVX,n=6).The weight of interscapular brown adipose tissue(BAT),inguinal subcutaneous adipose tissue(SAT),intra-abdominal visceral adipose tissue(IAAT),and uterus were compared one year after operation.Results Compared with the Sham group,the weight of SAT and IAAT increased in B-OVX group.There was no difference between the Sham group and U-OVX group in SAT and IAAT weight.There was no difference in BAT weight among the three groups.The weight of uterus in B-OVX group was lower than that in the Sham group and U-OVX group,there was no difference between U-OVX group and Sham group.Conclusions Bilateral ovariectomy increased the weight of subcutaneous and intra-abdominal visceral adipose tissue,but unilateral ovariectomy did not affect the weight of subcutaneous and intra-abdominal visceral adipose tissue.Bilateral ovariectomy and unilateral ovariectomy didn t affect the weight of brown adipose.Unilateral ovariectomy did not cause uterine atrophy.
