Paths and strategies for the high-quality development of national key clinical specialties in Chinese hospitals

2010年开始建设国家临床重点专科项目至今,优质医疗资源不断扩容、医疗服务能力和安全质量不断提升,取得了一定的建设成效。“十四五”期间,国家将继续以临床重点专科建设为抓手,推动公立医院高质量发展。作者对过去十年间国家临床重点专科建设项目进行梳理,结合实地调研及数据分析,总结经验成效、分析问题短板,在此基础上提出“十四五”期间国家临床重点专科建设高质量发展的实现路径。

Since the construction of national key clinical specialties in 2010,quality medical resources have been expanded,medical service capacity and safety quality have been improved,and certain construction results have been achieved.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the state will continue to take the construction of key clinical specialties as a grip to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.The author compares the national key clinical specialty construction projects in the past ten years,combines field research and data analysis,summarizes the experience and effectiveness,analyzes the problems and shortcomings,and proposes the path to achieve high-quality development of national key clinical specialty construction during the 14th Five-Year Plan.
