基于医院专家视角的医用耗材SPD供应链管理模式质性研究

Qualitative research on the management mode of medical consumables SPD supply chain based on the perspective of hospital experts

目的:了解医院专家对医用耗材SPD供应链管理模式的认知态度,为医院完善SPD耗材管理提供依据。方法:采用目的抽样方法,对上海市4所三级甲等公立医院的14名临床、护理、耗材管理专家就医用耗材SPD供应链管理模式进行半结构式访谈,调研其对SPD供应链管理的态度,以及对当前管理中存在的问题和建立SPD模式下耗材供应商评价指标体系的认知情况。结果:(1)运用结构过程结果模型对比了引入SPD管理模式前后的管理状况。(2)较高比例的专家对医用耗材SPD供应链管理持支持态度,肯定SPD模式,认可SPD团队服务。(3)新的管理模式逐渐暴露出新问题,包括多主体状况下存在权责不清、责任不明的情况;运营管理中存在配送不及时、沟通不充分、硬件故障率高和信息安全风险的问题。(4)所有参与调研的专家均认为应当建立供应商评价体系。结论:专家对医用耗材SPD供应链管理持积极态度。SPD模式需要不断优化管理内容,包括完善管理制度、加强沟通与设备保修以及强化信息安全等。应建立多维度SPD模式下医用耗材供应商评价体系,加强监督监管。

Objective:Understand the awareness of hospital experts on the management model of medical consumables'SPD supply chain management model,and provide the basis for the hospital's continuous improvement of SPD consumable management.Methods:Using the purpose sampling method,the 14 clinical,care,and consumables management experts from 4 Grade III Level A hospitals in Shanghai conducted semi-structured interviews with the SPD supply chain management model of medical consumables.Investigating its attitude towards SPD supply chain management,problems in the current management,and cognitive attitude towards the establishment of consuming suppliers in the establishment of SPD models.Results:(1)Understand the management status before and after the introduction of the SPD management model.(2)Most experts support the management of medical consumables SPD supply chain management.It is certain that the SPD model and the SPD team service are affirmed.(3)The new management model has gradually exposed new problems:including the existence of power and responsibility in the situation of multiple subjects,and unknown responsibilities.Inadequate delivery,inadequate communication,high hardware failure rate,information security risks,and other operating issues.(4)All experts participating in the survey believe that the supplier evaluation system should be established.Conclusion:Experts have a positive attitude towards the management of medical consumables SPD.The SPD model needs to continuously optimize the management content,including improving the management system,strengthening communication and maintenance,and ensuring information security,etc.Establish a multi-dimensional SPD model under the evaluation system of medical consumable suppliers to strengthen supervision and supervision.
