全流程思维能力训练助力临床医生科研能力提升 被引量:2

The whole process of thinking ability training helps clinicians improve their scientific research ability

摘要 目的:分析公立医院临床医生科研存在的难点难题,探索理论与实践、过程与结果有机统一的培训模式,为医院科研管理工作提供新思路新办法。方法:通过文献分析和自制问卷调查的方式对北京某三甲医院进行科研难点难题的调查,并使用SPSS27.0对数据进行分析处理。结果:参与培训的医生对于将临床问题凝练成科学问题的能力都有不同程度的提升,临床医生对于科研设计、数据处理、论文撰写等科研环节均有不同程度的获益。结论:注重实操能力和成果产出的全流程科研思维培训,帮助临床医生亲身体验从临床问题到科研产出的全过程,不仅大大增强了临床医生做好科研的自信心,而且为建设研究型医院、促进医院高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。 Objective:To analyze the difficult problems of scientific research of clinicians in public hospitals,to explore the training mode of organic unification of theory and practice,process and result,and to provide new ideas and new approaches for hospital scientific research management.Methods:Through literature analysis and a self-made questionnaire survey,a Grade III Level A hospital in Beijing conducted a survey of the whole process of scientific research thinking training and used SPSS27.0 to analyze and process the data.Results:Participating physicians all showed varying degrees of improvement in their ability to condense clinical problems into scientific questions,and clinicians benefited to varying degrees from the research environment in terms of research design,data processing,and paper writing.Conclusion:The whole-process scientific research thinking training leads clinicians to guide and practice step by step from clinical problems to scientific research output,which not only greatly enhances the self-confidence of clinicians to do a good job in scientific research,but also lays a solid foundation for building research hospitals and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
