云南省地震应急第一响应人培训的实践分析与探讨

Practical Analysis and Discussion on Training of First Responders of Earthquake Emergency Response in Yunnan Province

地震发生后,灾区群众最初阶段的反应直接影响着应急响应的效果,第一响应人培训可以提高基层防震避险意识和地震应急处置能力,在地震应急救援中发挥着至关重要的作用。近年来,云南省持续推进地震应急第一响应人培训,基础应急救援能力建设显著提升,但同时也存在一些不足。本文旨在介绍和探讨云南省地震应急第一响应人培训的经验和不足。

After the earthquake,the response of the people in the disaster area in the initial stage directly affects the effect of emergency response.The training of first responders can improve the awareness of earthquake prevention and risk avoidance at the grass-roots level and the ability of earthquake emergency response,which plays a vital role in earthquake emergency rescue.In recent years,Yunnan Province has continuously promoted the training of first responders to earthquake emergency response,and the building of basic emergency rescue capacity has been significantly improved,but there are also some shortcomings.The purpose of this paper is to introduce and discuss the experience and shortcomings of the training of first responders to earthquake emergency in Yunnan Province.
