习近平新时代奋斗幸福观是马克思主义幸福观的中国化时代化,包含四重维度的哲学意蕴。从实践维度看,奋斗是幸福的来源,解决了幸福从何而来的问题;从过程维度看,奋斗本身是一种幸福,解决了奋斗的属性问题;从全面维度看,幸福是人的自由全面发展,是物质财富充分涌流、精神财富充实圆满的发展,解决了何种幸福的问题;从人民维度看,幸福是人民的幸福,一切依靠人民,一切为了人民,解决了谁来奋斗、为谁奋斗的问题。
