社会组织参与乡村振兴具有自身独特价值和特殊优势。社会组织参与乡村振兴有助于公共服务的社会化建设、有助于满足人民群众的多元化需求、有助于提升基层治理效能。目前社会组织参与乡村振兴面临着法律法规不健全、资源依赖严重、专业化人才不足、服务精准化待提升、公信力不够等问题,需要通过大力支持培育发展社会组织、完善提升社会组织内部治理机制、建立健全法律法规、以党建引领社会组织高质量发展、加强社会组织人才队伍建设、增强社会组织自身的造血能力、强化对社会组织的监管评估等措施来优化社会组织参与乡村振兴路径。

The participation of social organizations in rural revitalization has its own unique value and special advantages.The participation of social organizations in rural areas contributes to the socialized construction of public services,helps to meet the diversified needs of the people,and helps to improve the effectiveness of grassroots governance.At present,social organizations’participation in rural vitalization is restricted by unsound laws and regulations,serious dependence on resources,lack of professional talents,improved service precision,lack of credibility and other factors.It is necessary to optimize the path for social organizations to participate in rural vitalization by vigorously supporting the cultivation and development of social organizations,improving the internal governance mechanism of social organizations,establishing and perfecting laws and regulations,guiding the high-quality development of social organizations through party building,strengthening the construction of talent teams of social organizations,enhancing their own hematopoietic ability,and strengthening supervision and evaluation of social organizations.
